Get applied templates for an employee by its ID with filtering

### Headers
- **Authorization** (string)
  Bearer token used for authorization

  Unique identifier to allow referencing a particular transaction or event chain

### Path parameters
- **id** (string)
  Primary identifier of the requested resource

### Query parameters
- **start-date** (string)
  Start date to be considered for filtering (ISO 8601)
- **end-date** (string)
  End date to be considered for filtering (ISO 8601)
- **offset** (string(positive-integer))
  Offset for the results to be returned
- **limit** (string(positive-integer))
  Limitation for the number of results to be returned, number between 1 and 1000.
